We would like to introduce you to our penthouse in southern Spain. We have created a place here that can hardly be found anywhere else. The view alone will cast a spell over you, but read for yourself and be inspired. Have fun.

Sports
In the immediate vicinity of our penthouse there are various opportunities to do sports.
Golf
Six of the most beautiful golf clubs on the Costa del Sol can be reached within a radius of 15 km. The best conditions for playing golf are in spring and late summer.
Kitesurfing
There are ideal conditions for kitesurfers on the entire Costa del Sol. This is due to consistent southwesterly winds with speeds of 15-20 knots throughout the year.
Tennis
One of the most famous tennis academies in Europe is within walking distance. Your tennis match can take place here on a total of 9 courts in a unique atmosphere.
Surfing
Wave riding and SUP surfing are the water sports of the locals. After work, people meet on the water. Perfect wave sets can be found, for example, at Playa Cabopino, 9 km away.
Cycling
The Costa del Sol extends over 150 kilometers of coastline and, with its characteristic relief, forms routes for cyclists of all levels. Away from the roads, there are various trails for mountain bikers.
Jet ski
It combines sun and sea with speed and adrenaline. Rent a jet ski from one of the numerous providers and explore the Costa del Sol from the water side.
Hiking
Very well marked hiking trails invite you to explore the up to 1,300 m high mountains. One of the most spectacular views of the Costa del Sol can be had from nearby Mount Mijas.
Diving
Along the Costa del Sol, several diving schools offer the opportunity to explore the fascinating underwater world of the Mediterranean. Coral reefs, grottos and caves are home to a variety of sea creatures that are worth discovering during a dive.

Beach
The approximately 30-kilometer-long sandy beach that makes up the Costa del Sol is only a 10-minute drive from the penthouse. From natural passages to sections with beach clubs and beach bars, there is a beach for everyone here.
Alhambra
The Alhambra [aˈlambɾa] is an important urban castle (kasbah) on the Sabikah hill of Granada in Spain, which is considered one of the most important examples of the Moorish style of Islamic art. The Alhambra is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Europe and has been a World Heritage Site since 1984. The castle complex is about 740 m long and up to 220 m wide.
Shopping
In addition to the many shops in old towns such as Marbella, Mijas and Fuengirola, the Costa del Sol offers various opportunities for shopping in large shopping centers. These include, for example, the "Plaza Major" outlet center and the "La Cañada" shopping mall.
Ronda
Ronda is known above all for its location: the Moorish old town, La Ciudad, lies on a rocky plateau that slopes steeply all around. The old town is separated from the younger district, El Mercadillo, by a nearly 100 m deep gorge, called the Tajo de Ronda, formed by the Río Guadalevín.
Culinary
Whether local or international cuisine, the Costa del Sol caters for all tastes and plenty of variety. An insider tip is the fish restaurant "Miguel y Maria", which is located directly on the "Costa Bella Beach".
Caminito del Rey
The Caminito del Rey, mostly also Camino del Rey (freely translated 'King's Path'), was a three-kilometer long via ferrata until 2015 and is now a comfortable and secured hiking trail near Álora. It leads at a height of about 100 meters along steep walls through two narrow gorges that are up to 200 meters deep.
Relaxation
When you've had enough of the hustle and bustle of the coast, lie down by our pool. Just relax and enjoy the view. Note: The picture is actually our pool.
Puerto Banús
The port meeting point of wealthy citizens. The yachts are particularly worth seeing. The restaurants and shops found in the harbor are accordingly in the upper price range. Furthermore, the marina of Marbella is the center of the nightlife of the Costa del Sol.
